From September 17 to 18, the China-ASEAN Forum on Sciences Communication of Disaster Prevention and Reduction 2019 & The 9th China-ASEAN Engineering Forum  was held in Nanning. During the meeting, SDIM organized experts to participate in the dialogue on “Transformation and Application of Major Scientific and Technological Achievements in Disaster Prevention and Reduction”. On the lack of technical ability of Belt and Road countries in comprehensive acquisition and integrated analysis of national disaster information, SDIM’s research work of the Silk-roads disaster reduction cooperation network and information integration was introduced to promote the continuous development of the scientific and technological cooperation and application of disaster reduction suitable for the characteristics of the Belt and Road.
